A Honors Graduate in Science followed by a Masters in Business Administration, has had successful stints in large orgnizations in India and overseas, spanning over fifteen years. Having worked both in the consumer goods and the services sectors allowed Sandeep,to evolve into a successful business manager with high result orientation and an ability to manage complexity and change.

Prior to joining Accor Services, Sandeep was with Thomas Cook as Head of National Sales in India and subsequently as the Chief Operating Officer in Sri Lanka. His earlier stints were with organizations such as Bata, Bosch and BlowPlast. Sandeep joined Accor Services in February 2006 in London with the operations in UK and after a successful six months came back to be a part of the Indian operations.
